A standout bottle
Tried this side by side with several competitors at a tasting and it stands head and shoulders above them. The nose gives you white pepper — it's immediately apparent this is quality. Then the palate opens up with gentle citrus and the wheat character shines through. The finish is clean and lingering. I've already ordered another bottle. Excellent work from Nolet Distillery.
