Tasting Notes

Nose

Lemon zest leads, followed by a burst of blackcurrant and a cooling hint of mint. Aromatic and quite appealing, if somewhat confected.

Palate

Sweet and fruity with blackcurrant dominating. The lemon provides tartness and the mint adds a cooling freshness. Somewhat artificial in its intensity, but perfectly drinkable.

Finish

Short with lingering blackcurrant sweetness and a minty coolness.

Not terrible but not worth the premium. The nose promised Lemon zest leads and some depth, but the palate is flat and the finish disappears too quickly. I've had better vodkas at half the price. The Sweet and fruity with blackcurrant dominating the review describes wasn't apparent to me. Perhaps I got a bad bottle.
