8/10Named after Donegal's beautiful Assaranca Falls — a craft vodka infused with rowan berries and gorse blossoms from the wild Atlantic coast. Fruity, floral, and utterly distinctive.

Then the palate opens up with Smooth and fruity with rowan berry tartness and the grain character shines through. The Medium-long with lingering berry fruit. I've already ordered another bottle. 23 July 2026Picked this up after reading the review here and it's everything they said and more. The coconut drew me in from the first pour. On the palate, floral gorse sweetness are elegant rather than aggressive — exactly what you want from a quality vodka. The floral notes is clean and inviting. Makes a brilliant Martini and equally good sipped neat. This will be a permanent fixture on my shelf.
