Nose

Intense blackcurrant with honey, clove and a hint of cinnamon. The half-kilo of real fruit per bottle is immediately apparent — deep, rich and genuinely berry-laden.

Palate

Rich and fruity, with concentrated blackcurrant sweetness balanced by warming spice notes and a clean wheat vodka backbone. Remarkably well-integrated for a fruit vodka.

Finish

Long and warming, with lingering blackcurrant and gentle spice.

Bimber's blackcurrant vodka uses half a kilogram of real blackcurrants per bottle, combined with their quadruple-distilled wheat spirit. The result is an intensely fruity, genuinely complex flavoured vodka with notes of honey, clove and cinnamon alongside the fruit.
