I keep coming back to this bottle and appreciating the subtlety. The light vanilla and a hint of warm copper on the nose is genuinely there if you take a moment to notice. On the palate, Surprisingly full-bodied for a fruit-based vodka is rich and satisfying, with gentle spice and a creamy mid-palate developing. A vodka that rewards attention. At 40%, the proof is perfectly judged.
