As someone who's been appreciating quality vodka for years, this is among the finest I've encountered at this price point. On the nose I get This smells like terroir — you can sense the soil — let it warm slightly in the glass and the aromas open up. The palate is where it really shines: earthy minerality with a depth of flavour that most vodkas cannot dream of. Vestal Vodka has clearly mastered their craft.
