Better than expected
Mixed feelings. On the nose I got the Straightforward and pleasant — that part is nice. But the Works better in cocktails than neat didn't match the promise for me. Mid-palate feels a bit thin. Still, it's better than many bottles at this price and the Short with lingering vanilla sweetness is reasonable. Worth trying at least once, especially in a Martini.
